SONIC BOOM SIX is an explosive and outspoken five-piece rock band from Manchester, UK described by Kerrang! as "taking ska, pop, grime, dubstep, punk and metal apart, then rebuilding them as a hyperactive hybrid". With a live show known for "clashing activism and good times", SB6 play firmly for the dance-floor while retaining enough power and aggression to be an active fixture of the UK's rock scene. The Boom’s influences include The Specials, The Streets, and Public Enemy and the band signed with Xtra Mile Recordings in early 2012, who released their self-titled titled album ‘Sonic Boom Six’ on October 17th 2012.

Having toured the UK, Europe, the US and Japan constantly for the last six years (while also managing to release three albums on their own label Rebel Alliance Recordings) the band took time out in 2011 to write the ‘Sonic Boom Six’ album and record it with Peter Miles (The King Blues, Futures, We Are The Ocean). The release of the infectious first single ‘For The Kids of The Multiculture’ gained SB6 a new audience and industry champions, being playlisted on national and regional radio and TV, gaining ‘Single Of The Week’ on Kerrang! Radio and being chosen as ‘Record of The Day’ on industry tastemaker site recordoftheday.com.

Sonic Boom Six has released 4 studio albums and two full-length compilations with countless singles, EPs and compilation appearances. SB6 has performed headline tours of Europe, America and Japan as well as slots at festivals including Glastonbury, Download, Sonisphere and the main stage at Reading and Leeds Festival. Sonic Boom Six has written and performed songs that have appeared on BBC Radio 1, Channel 4, BBC 2 (TV), Rock Band and Sims 3 video games and much more.

My name's George, I'm a music graduate from Spalding Lincolnshire in England and I studied at Northampton University. I'm a singer-songwriter, my music on here is quite varied as I'm still not set on what sort of genre I want to write in, most of it is soppy pop ballads though ;)

This City Limits is a rock band from Sheffield, England, formed in January 2013. The band draws influence from a contemporary wave of American punk rock that includes bands such as Rise Against, Polar Bear Club and Against Me!, and from British groups such as We Are The Ocean and Mallory Knox. The music is characterised by loud, aggressive drumming, distorted guitars and melodic vocals.

The band consists of lead vocalist Will Turner, lead guitarist George Turner, drummer Sam Hamer, and bassist Ed Thornton. Having played separately for a number of years, brothers Will and George came together in 2013 to form This City Limits with childhood friend Ed. After a long and fruitless search for a permanent drummer, they asked Sam to come in and play session whilst they were recording. From the very first run through, it was obvious that he was the perfect fit, and he was asked to stay on permanently. For the next 12 months, the band played countless local shows as they worked on their live sound. 

Following the encouraging reception of their debut E.P. Brittle Brass & Broken Bone (Oct 2013), the band began work on a follow up. The first of two singles, ‘Amputate’, was release in April 2014 along with an accompanying video. The track was well received by critics, and signaled a new stage of development for the band as they garnered attention from national press and radio. The second single, ‘Colourblind’, comes out on 13 July 2014, with the E.P. set for release in October.
