After releasing his sophomore long player 'We Walked Home Together’ through Fiakun, El_Txef_A returns with a series of remix packs on his own newly created label Forbidden Colours. With this second remix pack the label pursuits its aim to be a home for El_Txef_A’s musical adventures and a way of sharing his vision.

Bedouin wraps the EP up with a mystic and shamanistic feeling on their remix of 'The Love We Lost feat. Woolfy, which we exclusively premiere. Additionally, we caught up with El_Txef_A for a quick chat about Forbidden Colours, Bedouin, touring, and more.

Bedouin was first featured on the label's 2015 Summer Sampler with ‚Flight Of Birds’ helping build their reputation as master music makers. 

Following on from this is their first full EP on All Day I Dream. 
Each track casts its own unique spell. One thing Rami and Tamer know is mood. Opening with 'Straight To The Heart' beauty and hypnotic vibes abound. Sounding as good pitched up as it does at it's patient pace, it's groove ignites the dance floor as well as the heart. 

‚The Way Home’ takes it's time to build textures and layers creating a more somber mood. 

The EP is close out with the vocals of Eric Volta on ‚Sight’, perfectly complimenting the overall mood of the release.

Rey&Kjavik had a great year 2017, not only with the release of his debut album „Rkadash“. His remix for Tunisian world music duo YUMA occupied the Beatport charts for months and took the world (music scene) by storm. Rey & Kjavik’s treatment for Swiss singer / songwriter Danit could follow in those footsteps, as he treats the musical piece with respect and adds the right portion to bring it to another level... another proof, that the German producer and DJ has clearly found his trademark sound!
Danit is a Swiss singer songwriter, whose music is an expression of gratitude for life and nature. Cuatro Vientos, speaks of four winds that come from the mountains, the ocean, the desert and the forest; each one bringing its unique quality.

Born in the dark streets of Cairo, grown to the unforgettable forests of Santa Esmeralda, spending its teen years in Bombay and Tangier markets, mature into the deep spacey Jungle of Ghana we proudly present you a new label from the land of the pyramids: SHANGO RECORDS invites you to an unheard world music psychedelic trip: like through a colorful kaleidoscope we will melt down Indian and Pakistani Vibes, Arab-Tek and Oriental groovy vibes, Afro-Beat rhythms n' pieces, Cumbia Tropicana flavors and cosmic Ghetto-Latin vibes into forbidden sounds of frenzied electronic dancefloor rituals. Yemoja is a major water spirit from the Yoruba religion. She is an orisha, in this case patron spirit of the oceans and/or rivers - particularly the Ogun River in Nigeria. She is often syncretized with either Our Lady of Regla in the Afro-Cuban diaspora or various other Virgin Mary figures of the Catholic Church, a practice that emerged during the era of the Trans-Atlantic slave trade. Yemoja is motherly and strongly protective, and cares deeply for all her children, comforting them and cleansing them of sorrow. She is said to be able to cure infertility in women, and cowrie shells represent her wealth. She does not easily lose her temper, but when angered she can be quite destructive and violent, as the flood waters of turbulent rivers. Yemoja is often depicted as a mermaid, and is associated with the moon (in some Diaspora communities), water, and feminine mysteries. She is the protector of women. She governs everything pertaining to women; particularly the birth and bearing of children - childbirth, conception, parenting, child safety, love, and healing. According to myth, when her waters broke, it caused a great flood creating rivers and streams and the first mortal humans were created from her womb. AMUAMU, CLAUDIO ARDITTI and DA IGUANA are paying their respects to Yemoja with five amazing original and unreleased tracks. For the love of water!
