about : river return to Bespoke Musik after a brilliant radio show mix earlier this year with a four-song suite that folds living-room intimacy into widescreen motion. What begins as a whisper opens onto a horizon of warm analog textures and patient, dance-literate grooves. The Estonian father-and-son duo, Oleg and Ervin, trade phrases across a 24-year bridge, letting melody lead and rhythm arrive when the story needs to move. Its electronic music with a pulse you can feel and a tenderness you dont often hear—cinematic, human, and quietly hopeful, triumphant. The new EP reads like a short film in four scenes. Piano sketches become themes, clarinet replies become memories, and the synths color everything with tape-warm glow. About : rivers gift is how they keep the arrangements breathable: small details carry real weight; space does the talking as much as the drums. Each track begins close to the skin and then widens, turning private moments into shared momentum—music for the room youre in and the night youre heading toward. Following the success of his hit single "Blonde de Soleil," which reached millions of streams within just a few months, Hugo Samba returns to Sounds Of Sirin with "Frenka," a heartfelt three-track organic house release created together with his father, Brahim Samba.

The EP tells a personal story through its three compositions: "Frenka," "Saguaro Soul," and "Your Oasis." The title track is dedicated to a friend’s dog and features a flamenco guitarist whose melodies add warmth and emotion. "Saguaro Soul" grew from a guitar loop Brahim composed over a decade ago, now reimagined in collaboration with his son. The closing track, "Your Oasis," brings together a Brazilian pianist and a Turkish flutist, creating an intimate reflection of everything Hugo loves in music: melody, rhythm, and space for emotion.

"Frenka" is a journey through memory, connection, and shared creativity, capturing the deep bond between father and son while continuing Hugo Samba’s exploration of organic, soulful sounds on Sounds Of Sirin.

Nicola Cruz is releasing the remixed version of his critically acclaimed 2015 album, Prender el Alma.  It will be released on June 10th on ZZK Records, and features remixes by 12 artists including label-mates History of Colour (El Buho & Barrio Lindo), Chancha Via Circuito, and sister label-mate EVHA.  

Inspired by electronic music techniques and local Andean music and culture, Cruz created the original sounds in Prender el Alma layer by layer, instrument by instrument, drum by drum.  A cast of eclectic Latin American artists seamlessly pick up where Nicola left off, adding their unique flavor to each individual track.
