Wehbba is one of Brazil's main electronic music ambassadors worldwide.

Born in São Paulo, Brazil, and currently based in Barcelona, Spain, this former dentist has been spinning house and techno music records, around the globe, for over a decade.

Wehbba has been a prolific producer, and has developed a very distinct style, marked by stellar production standards. His achievements, as a producer, could be measured by the number of respected artists who he's worked directly with over the years, either remixers, remixees or collaborators. The list includes Laurent Garnier, Danny Tenaglia, John Digweed, Christian Smith, Stacey Pullen, Joseph Capriati, Stephan Bodzin, Ambivalent, Huxley, Bushwacka!, Secret Cinema, ANNA, Carlo Lio, Samuel L Session, Funk D'Void, Valentino Kanzyani, Harry Romero, 2000 And One, Robert Babicz, X-Press 2, Mihalis Safras, Coyu and Kaiserdisco, to name only a few.
His productions have been featured on labels like Tronic, Systematic, Bedrock, Soma, 2020Vision, Knee Deep In Sound, 100% Pure, Audiomatique, Material, Missile, Suara and many others.
'Full Circle', Wehbba's first studio album, released by Tronic Music in 2010, was the landmark which set Wehbba's career off to a new level, achieving outstanding media, DJ and public success. Over the following years, he’s been a regular in charts of portals like Beatport or Resident Advisor, and with a second studio album on Tronic, 'Square Two', released in 2013, Wehbba further explored his musician background, displaying a more prominent versatility, including a guest appearance from Jon Dixon and D'Sean Jones, 2/3 of the Detroit group D3, part of the legendary Underground Resistance collective.

Out of the studio, Wehbba’s heavy touring schedule includes venues and festivals such as Tomorrowland, The BPM Festival, Sensation, Lollapalooza, Warung, D-Edge, Pacha, XXXPerience, Triblatech, Ministry Of Sound, Creamfields, Vision, Rex Club, Fabrik, Florida135, Cat & Dog, Crobar, Westerunie, Coda and countless others, while also hosting 2 monthly radio shows, broadcasted over hundreds of stations worldwide, namely Pioneer DJ Radio and Tronic Radio.

This week I have something very special for you, a guest mix from OC & Verde.  This UK-based DJ duo shouldn’t need an introduction, but I’ll give them one anyway.  From their hit track Massai to their awesome remix of Veerus’s ‘Beat That,’ which dropped on Yoshitoshi earlier this summer and tore up the Beatport charts, they’ve consistently shown themselves to be a production duo to be reckoned with.  Before we get to that however, enjoy thirty more minutes from my set at Loca Beach Club, which you heard an hour from last week.

International DJ, music composer, charting producer, in-demand remixer, Beatport best selling Tech-House artist of year 2015, Olivier Giacomotto is a proven integral player of the electronic music scene. Partner of John Acquaviva, they currently co-run the independent label Definitive Recordings and manage various kind of music projects around the world.

Olivier Giacomotto first got into production in 1999 working as producer assistant at Townhouse Studios in London, then went back to France with enough experience to start a career of music composer. His tireless need to evolve and grow as creative entity and forward thinking artist always forced this Paris based composer to constantly seek a new musical excitement. Therefore Olivier naturally crossed musical genres and trends always keeping an eye on the original definition of the underground.

In the last 10 years, he progressively found his path into techno, house, electro, tech-house, deep house, and forged his success with constant appearances in the highest ranks of the Beatport charts, the biggest online music store specializing in electronic dance music. His own solid productions and few special collaborations with major artists such as John Acquaviva, Umek, or Popof, have been released on famous labels like Suara, Noir, Get Physical, Definitive, Plus 8, Great Stuff, or Knee Deep In Sound.

On stage and in front of a crowd, Olivier gradually earned the trust of the most famous venues demonstrating his talent with an undoubtable versatility, and adaptability, always injecting groove and funk inside an inspired blend of electronic flavors.
