BIO
Stacy Christine's foray into DJing took place under the wing of Joshua James of Music For Dancers (MFD) in 2012. Selecting records and cohosting several parties, it was at MFD that she made a fateful friendship with Chris Bowen of Bears in Space, LA. 

After the unfortunate closure of MFD, Chris Bowen took Stacy Christine on as a protégé, offering her her first DJ gig in 2015 at Bowen and Victor Rodriguez's monthly Friday night party, Cub Scout, a wilderness-themed party at Silver Lake's gay institution, Eagle LA. Sharlese also runs and curates Audiodrome and False Prophet and holds residencies at secondnature in Seattle and ROAM Recordings’ Problemes d'amour in SF.
