This is a 30 minute Trauma Sensitive Bodyscan Mindfulness Meditation practice. It is suitable for people who are both beginners to meditation as well as for those who have some experience already. This meditation is excellent as a way of reconnecting with your body and to help ground yourself and regain a sense of mental and emotional wellbeing.
