I recommend that anyone learning to play the guitar listen to this piece over and over again, playing the Gm/B♭pentatonic scale in various ways, and trying to find a phrase that you like.

The volume adjustment during mixdown is optimized for the environment when using the earphones that come with the iPhone. If you feel that the volume of the guitar playing in this work is low, please use earphones and check the volume balance of this recording. It seems that earphones other than those that came with the iPhone do not have any problems. When using an Android device and when connecting an audio interface to a PC, I connected inexpensive earphones and confirmed that the guitar volume can be heard at a roughly appropriate balance.

There is another way. I have embedded a SoundCloud player on my blog to introduce my works, but I noticed that this work sounds harder (mid-high tones are clearer) than when played directly in the browser. “Falling In Love Forever” by Luke

Dusted off the trusty old Volca Drum machine to create the beat for this one. In years past I used it quite a lot, including on many of the early Smoking Trout tracks, but it had been a little while. I'm also continuing to experiment with longer stretches of guitar, and incorporated most of the synth arsenal on this one. This was kind of inspired by reading the news here in the US, a strange mixture of depressing and ridiculous weirdness haha.

This song began with Ken's oldest son, Jack, who laid down the basic rhythmic beat. Ken took over after that with the rest of the beats, though. Jack just graduated high school last week, and he's into hip hop and trap music, so he wanted to share some of it with his musician father, who is very proud of him.
  Tez was first up on this one, which surprised me when I went back and checked the workflow. He added the perfectly placed guitar hits throughout. Josh was next up, using his synth to add the falling bass line. Last, but not least, Terry came aboard, adding the moody, melodic, high register synth.
  When it was all finished, we asked out resident pro mixer, Stephen, to mix it for us. 
  This song was in its current form for about the past eight months. It was originally part of a series of vehicles Eclectic Collective composed for The Mysterious Decibel. He got caught up in life, though, and had to abandon the project. So, we sat on it, asking all the rappers we know if they'd be interested in having a go with it, but no one bit. So, with Jack's recent graduation, Ken revived it as a celebratory song for his son. It could still use some vocals, too, so think of this as an open invitation to anyone who want to do the honors. 
  We hope you enjoy listening to this as much as we enjoyed making it. 
  Oh, and just a side note for all of our friends who follow along with us, we won't be releasing a song this coming Friday, the 4th, but will have  new one for you, the following Friday, the 11th. Thank you for keeping up with us!

When Ronny the Rocket and I first made this track, we couldn't decide who would be the best person to add their magical touch to the mix and master of this song. So we decided to have both Wou-Wou & the Wormling and Ill Dub make a version. I originally posted the Ill Dub version on my page and Ronny the Rocket posted the Wou-Wou & the Wormling version on his page. Both Ronny and I eventually took down the respective versions from our page as new music was made. I have numerous songs set to private to eventually delete as I am running out of space on my page and am not going to pay for a SoundCloud Pro Unlimited plan. But, I still like this song, so decided to give it fresh life on my page with the Wou-Wou & the Wormling mix. 

For this release, Wou-Wou & the Wormling provided me with this special artwork. I think it looks great and companions the song excellently!!!

I try to remember the time before computers and gadgets were used to run and organise our lifes..a  time when meeting people was a matter of
actually going out and making the physical effort to make friends ,yep no online ..no messaging..having to make a telephone call from a phone box and having to write a letter to someone using a pen and paper!!!!
All is gone to the digital world ..but natural beauty and wonder is still all around us and its very reassuring to know that the beaches and the forests and the natural wonders of this planet that have been there for thousands or even millions of years are still there sitting right next to us.
I always try and remember there is a human face sitting on the end of every app and program...yes communication may have changed but the message and the songs stays the same...please try and find love,peace and compassion for all living things  as we all have to share and live on this one planet.
