Founded by Jon Byron and Mathew Faria in Perth, WA, Wildlore is an independent label championing boundary-shifting music. From post-rock and electronica to psychoacoustic and cinematic folk, the label provides a creative sanctuary for musicians exploring immersive soundscapes.

The label's inaugural releases include 2 Bears by The Boats, a cinematic post-rock journey weaving psychedelic textures with dynamic rhythms, and Paramour Echo by Operation Midnight, a polyrhythmic, synth-driven release praised for its layered, evolving sound. These releases showcase Wildlore's commitment to artists who challenge musical conventions.

Currently, Wildlore is collaborating with Operation Midnight on a horror-inspired concept album merging narrative storytelling with retro synthwave and dark electronica. There are also releases on the horizon from The Boats and Akuna—whose ambient compositions reshape textural sound design.

As Wildlore's roster expands, the label remains dedicated to cultivating a space where unconventional music resonates with audiences seeking something beyond the ordinary.
