We are really excited to present ‘Live at RJ’, the new single from Butch and Chriss Vogt.
'The Infamous' and ‘Bliss’ have become two classics in the label’s catalogue, and they are finally back in the studio to produce new material.

With over 20 years consumed by a thirst for electronic music, Butch has released on leading imprints such as Desolat, Cocoon, Rekids, Sei Es Drum and beyond, while maintaining a solid DJ schedule that’s seen him open the minds of crowds at Fabric, Time Warp. Son of the renowned German violinist K.Vogt, C.Vogt started as an academic student of piano and saxophone, but the discovery of the electronic music has given new impetus to his creative personality. Butch saw the potential and raw talent and they started to collaborate on several projects. With a cinematic style that seamlessly blends classical music, the trippier side of techno and deep house, C.Vogt and Butch mixes old and new, fearlessly breaks down barriers and challenges the norms of what contemporary dance music feels and sounds like.

‘Live at RJ’ is another infectious tune from the duo, where elements from modern electronic music and classic leave subtle traces in both melodies and atmospheres, with a breakdown that build in intensity and will drive you to heaven.

A track that will surely lead us to 2019 !

Recent Weiss highlights have included him playing the main stage at Dirtybird's own Campout festival, regular dates at the world-renowned Fabric as well as a US tour and an album in the making.

In true Weiss style, this record will have the hairs on the back of your neck standing to attention in a matter of seconds. Lush, old skool piano riffs and sublime vocal licks, all laid over the top of a crisp and infectious house backing. Exclusive Engyn 'I Can Still Hear Her Smile (Aera Remix)'

Imagine someone sprinkled some fairy dust on a track, the outcome would be rather obvious. This someone was Berlin based producer Aera who remixed his close friend and studio neighbor Engyn and his ambient track 'I Can Still Hear Her Smile'. Using only few parts from the original Aera recorded the tambourine as well as other percussions himself. Furthermore he wrote the string parts and, of course, played the synth-sounds on top and added his Aera trademark sequence on top of the groovy bassline. The outcome is an euphoric still melancholically touched piece of art that is both: touching and relinquishing. 

Engyn's EP 'The Pain' was released May 4th, 2018 on Empore Music.

'String Theory' has summer vibes written all over it with strings reminiscent of Pepe Bradocks classic sunset anthem 'Deep Burnt'. The flipside 'Poisoned Words' is a sexy groover with a woman whispering poisonous words. Mandar is raising the bar with this EP and shows that it's all about quality over quantity. Must buy!
