it's been (way too) long while since I have performed for an audience (a virtual one, cuz of the pandemic of course), but when the chance arose to get together with my friends from Quack to perform a showcase at Rádio Cafuné's zoom platform I just couldn't say no. this is the recording of this livestream, and eventho i'm a bit rusty, it was great fun and i liked the result and hope you all enjoy! =)

born during the quarantine days, Radio Cafuné is an amazing platform. it works as a "radio", but with a twist: you can get your own show there, just access the site, check the agenda for any free spot on the programming, and you can select it and schedule your own 1h show in there be it a talk show, a music show, whatever. there are shows everyday, almost on a 24/7 basis, and since it's a zoom based platform, the idea is to see people, perform in front of the camera, see each other and conect in a way with people from everywhere.

About the LP:
Welcome travelers, allow us to uncover for you the world of Eleusis, the second LP of the french multi-instrumentalist and producer Hajna, a full length 1 hour narrative conceptual adventure, a journey through the deepness of our minds in the form of a unique music alchemy to delight our ears.

The Eleusinian Mysteries exist as a forgotten tale but also an initiatory journey. The invitation is for you to take a trip through the deep forests and temples of ancient Greece, come and follow the path of sound through the night and uncover the answers you are seeking.

Hajna, the artist, focuses on producing deep electronic magical stories, full of organic percussions, cinematic quotes and hypnotic rhythms that invite the listener to dive into an ocean of diverse textures and smooth beats, from downtempo to folktronica and subtle side-trips: a mystical journey from beginning to end.

Pássaro present their second release “Antes de existir o Mundo” (Before the world existed): five original tracks plus two remixes by Shika Shika co-founder El Búho and Brazilian underground legend Psilosamples. “Antes de Existir o mundo” is a slow and sweet musical trip inspired by nature, landscapes and birdsongs from Brazil. In this album, produced over the last three years, Pássaro speak about the last instant before the world came into existence, the creation of the first life and the first sounds.

Pássaro is a trio from Brazil composed by Irû Waves, Ygor Marotta & Tomás Xavier. They have been exploring this collective way of composing music together since 2019, inspired by hundreds of jam sessions and by the psychedelic landscapes of Brazil’s nature.

The song “Grounding” came to life after I reached a point of complete exhaustion with where I was in the music industry. I needed to reconnect with music for music’s sake, rather than for personal gain or glorification.
