In December 2018 our journey brought us up the mountains around Minca in Colombia. The folks from Aloha Ke Akua Retreat asked us to do a three day long sound healing workshop in which everybody was invited to play in our eigenklang installation. 

Accompanied by the birds and our friends Biomigrant, Elli and Dani we created magic soundscapes - inspired by the jungles around us. For this Voodoocast we took the sweetest spots out of the 9 hours of recorded sessions in the Maloca, mixed it with some field recordings and did some editing here and there.

In periods of producing, some individual recordings, samples and sounds that get developed are leftover but not useless, as physical albums are simply limited in time.  
That also applies to tracks and some 5 million ideas :-)

Martin decides to reveal the material for later, which can be integrated into other tracks, for remixes and definitely for podcast mixes. 
Like this one for Deep Electronics.

The ambient mood of this podcast session is inspired by the surrounding forest and contemplative lake, which is conducive to the atmosphere of his studio.

Together with Keeva Pfeiffer´s special vocal and speech recordings and deep sense for ambient, this studio podcast for Deep Electronics, (based in Martin´s native country ) became very special to him and is dedicated to all deep ambient lovers. It´s frequencies are about the mystical, love, knowledge, mother earth and the universe.

More than 3 years ago a friend of mine from Holland introduced me to the music of Deva Premal. Her mantras and way of chanting with Miten and their flutist Manose playing over it gave me the thrills while hearing it. I decided to go to a show of them and after the show I introduced myself to them. Their energy on and off stage is very calming and peaceful in my opinion and I had a really nice chat with them. I asked Deva if I could make a rework of one of their tracks and after making it I sent it to her....long story short.....the result is here.Thanks to Deva to give me the opportunity to release this.
