Porya Hatami (b.1981) is an experimental sound artist based in Sanandaj, Iran. Working in the field of ambient/minimal, his compositions explore the balance between electronics and environmental sounds, utilizing processed acoustic and electronic sources and field recordings.

Anarchist Mountains, Waterways 
Jordan Christoff and Stefan Christoff 

This album draws from a series of sound experiments. Jordan was visiting Montreal and recorded some layered synth work at a studio in Parc Extension. Stefan had a series of recordings of waterways, including of Sooke River in British Columbia and a heavy rainfall in the Amazonian state of Para, Brazil, in the city of Belém. Along with some city soundscapes recorded on a walk on Earth in Montréal, all these field recordings were mixed into the luscious synth work by Jordan which you hear on this album. This album is about remembering water is life and taking the time to reflect on that always.
