Iswaryaa was born on 27th of August in Glarus, in Switzerland. She started singing and dancing just as a hobby when she was young. At the age of 13, she got the first time chance to sing a small solo part at the school concert. A music teacher and professional musician, Christian Meldau, discovered her talent and gave her the opportunity to sing in his gospelgroup when she was 15. At this time, she chose Music as major subject during her grammar-school time and took lessons in western singing as Pop, RnB, Jazz, Blues, Ballad and some more. 2008 she got the opportunity to play one of the main role in a school musical (Musical Hair) and learned acting. Now, Iswaryaa is performing in this gospelgroup as a gospelsinger on various occasions since 8 years and had done over 200 live performances. In 2013, she took heart first time to perform on a Tamil stage and got the chance to do her first own song "Thayakkam" featuring 7J and composed by Chris G which has been released in April 2014.
