After Ron and Harry became friends again Harry was telling Ron about all these awesome podcasts Sirius told him about and that's where Ron learned about the ALF.

Prisoner of Azkaban chapters 9-10. Happy birthday, Harry Potter! And a happy birthday to you too, JK Rowling--we hope you got a third treehouse or whatever. After we finish wishing our heroes a happy birthday, we travel to a very rainy Hogwarts to discuss the Marauder's Map, pub waitresses, reddit, and who would win in a fight between Sirius Black and John Wick.

Episode 35: Oui Oui

Well, we saw it. We did our waiting and saw the damn movie on opening night, and it sure was an experience. How many beasts were there, and just how fantastic were they? What were Grindelwald's crimes? Why couldn't this movie just be two hours of Newt hanging out with that adorable Zuwou?

HEADS UP: throwing a content warning here for some fairly heavy discussions of sexual violence, including in relation to slavery, which is a weirdly huge part of this Harry Potter movie!

Goblet of Fire chapters 22-23. We have seen Dobby's ass, and balls. We also want to know whether or not Dobby has a beard, but that's sort of secondary to his ass and balls. Speaking of ass, these chapters are kind of a bummer! Ron is redpilled and Harry does nothing, but we squeeze some enjoyment out of the fringe teen drama and a few good character moments. After that, we get festive with some Tumblr/Reddit Yule Ball content.

Wizards Unite surprise released this morning, so we spend some time chatting about our thoughts on the game as well as Christmas on the Closed Ward, a very strange chapter that brings in a ton of characters to guide Harry through an angst crisis. After that, we read an interview between Katie Couric and JK Rowling from 2003 that features both of them at their meanest.
