Next up we’ve got some quality sounds lined up brought to you by none other than Thomas Pahl AKA Vertical67. With so many superb releases on labels like brokntoys, Mechatronica and his imprint Vortex Traks, ran by him and his partner in crime Naks, we felt like Thomas would be the perfect addition to our roster. From soothing electronica to cutting edge electro, Vertical67’s sound can only be defined by pure love for synthesizers and drum machines and has always stayed incredibly versatile and fresh. The perfect example is his 2021 EP ‘The Early Hours’ released on eudemonia, which takes you on a full-length exploration of the mind of the musician and creates the perfect balance between numerous genres.

"Fanzine Fest, the leading avant-garde Electronic music festival in the northwest of the Spanish peninsula, returned to the Coruña stages in December to position the city as the capital of a unique sound and visual experience.

The festival took place in 5 different locations in the city of A Coruña, with as many stages. Amongst them were the Planetarium of the House of Sciences, Cidade Vella, Domus, Sala O Túnel and the Luís Seoane Foundation.

A Coruña celebrated six days full of avant-garde Electronic music on the eighth edition of the festival that, for another year, brought together leading figure of Electronic music and visual arts at a national, international and Galician level."

For two decades we have been trying to bring a fresh wind to the otherwise musically forgotten border gate of the three countries of the Czech Republic, Poland and Germany. And so, for this occasion of our 20th anniversary, we decided to create the music compilation that will at least partially map the atmosphere of the last 20 years. We have always focused on non-mainstream music and diversity in the genres of Autonomic Drum and Bass & Techno, so even though it is a genre-different and varied compilation, all artists have one thing in common, and that is the SHOTGUN FESTIVAL. The result is a compilation of 2x LP 12" vinyl with 12 songs by 12 artists.
