Our next guest is a project was born in Seville, in 2019, out of the need to create music on an intimate and family level. During all this time I have tried to capture all my musical influences in different aspects, creating today a hypnotic style with enveloping atmospheres in which the presence of psychedelic elements stand out above others. With the aim that the listener is immersed in a deep journey in which the meditative state is the main actor. With releases on @cellar-door-hypnosis, @riteshindi and guest mixes for @thegodmotherradio as well as others. You know what to expect and his delivery of deeper rhythms and gradual progressions should be no surprise. I am excited to present to you @halossound

Anders musical journey started in the early 00's, when his older brother taught him the basics of beatmatching in his childhood home. Since this moment there was no turning back. For almost two decades Anders have been a reliable source of purist psychedelia for those in the know. Partly as a visionary festival organizer and booking manager for international festivals, partly as a vagabond DJ, and today one of the label managers for Navigare Audio.

Countless gigs, in many corners of the European continent, from small private gatherings in the woods to Ozora Festival, have distilled a very distinct sound that rings true to Anders innermost core. From the early days of Zolod'esque night time Psy to today's matured deep, entrancing Techno there's a direct kinship - depth, hypnosis, subtlety, warmth, beauty, highest possible production value, and, above all, no bullshit danceability.

As a trusted and respected craftsman, behind the decks and as a festival and label manager, and as a dedicated dancer and inspired adventurer, there's one simple truth to know about Anders. The beat will never stop.

Amsterdam-based @vandmusic has dedicated almost a decade to play and experiment electronic music. The young DJ & producer has been releasing some of my favorite beats in a recent times - we can directly think about his latest collaboration with @bas-dobbelaer on Sohaso which is definitely a must have record and his latest EP on F-On's label Alpenglühen. He is also part of the excellent @Isotoop crew, also based in Amsterdam, who organizes some very finest parties in some parts of the globe. Vand is delivering a downtempo selection oscillating between 100-120bpm, a flawless & transcendental session which fits very well with the current situation where we all have to slow it down.
I'm on the first hour with a special ambient selection mostly compiled with my latest Bandcamp finds. Don't forget to support the artists and labels there if you can. Hope you'll enjoy the show.

This set is a tribute to @hypnus. One of my favourite labels out there crafting deep cinematic soundscapes since 2013. Sound alchemy by the amazing roster of @primalcodemusic, @luigitozzi, @feral_music, @birdsovparadise, @sebastianmullaert, @skymn, @blndr and of course @ntogn (releases through Tome). Wonderful label philosophy with adventurous music, released carefully on vinyl with a love for every detail. Sound and graphics go hand in hand. This is more than just music, this is a cinematic universe told in various chapters. Love and light.

"Ever since the birth of consciousness there has been reverence of the unknown. We have always sought to understand what hides behind the curtain of our perceptive limitations by means of emotional exploration, observance of nature and ritualistic techniques of ecstasy.

Using nothing but our minds and a beat, we may enter a state that lies beyond our ordinary reality as we slither between inner dimensions not explainable by the words of man. Instead we’ve been communicating our experiences through mythical lore, esoteric doctrine and symbolism which jolts us into this wordless state of illumination.
