Chapter IV of the Pulsations from the Forest series is dedicated to the young label @iorecs from Munich. I came across the label more than a year ago, which is dedicated to a sound and aesthetics that fits exactly to what I have always been looking for in electronic music. Deceleration, hypnotic soundscapes, cineastic atmospheres. 

The label consists of a roster of artists that works perfectly as a group. Similar sound philosophy, but in nuances, each artist follows his own expression of a hypnotic sound. Besides the sound, the label also works in the visual field, which is not only reflected in the distinctive artworks. 

My recommendation: Support the collective around IO Records. This is great head cinema. Thank you @dycide, @mtrl_audio, @epsilon10, @delusionalcircuits, @polygonia, @kaf_official

Leyla Lust lässt in den frühen Morgenstunden zwischen dumpf vibrierenden und trancig fliessenden Rhythmen einen dunklen, trancegetriebenen Klangkosmos entstehen. Ihre kraftvoll-hypnotischen Bässe und psychedelisch geformten Melodien umschliessen den Körper und ziehen die Nachtschwärmer*innen in einen besonderen Zauber. 
Tagsüber entwirft sie Reisen aus hypnotischem Dubtechno, welche ein träumerisches, schwebendes Klangbild kreiieren, unterlegt von vibrierendem Dub-Bass. Als Teil des EXPRESS Flinta-DJ-Kollektivs bringt sie ihre feministische Energie direkt auf die Tanzfläche.
