In 20 years she has wore many hats...Poet, Monologist, Vocalist, Songwriter...she has played with some of the best known and unknown talent in the city of Chicago and around the the world from Ugochi, Marvin Tate's D-Settlement, The Pat Smillie Band, Corey Wilkes & Black Slang,Discopoet Khari B., Kahil El Zabar, David Boykin,  Bumpus (Dance Floor Plans),  JC Brooks and the Uptown Sound, Catfish Haven, Yaw, Avery R. Young, Theaster Gates' Black Monks of Mississippi, The Opus, Urbanized Music, Mike Flow, Leroy Bach Maggie Brown, Jovia Armstrong and many many others. She has opened for Jon B., the Legendary Dj Quik, and most recently the incomparable Bob Seger (just to name a few). She has done countless studio sessons, in the genres of Rock, Funk, Hip Hop, House, Jazz, and Blues. Tina has contributed her vocal talents to the background and to the foreground as well as vocal arrangements for various cd's and projects. Tina is the singer/songwriter you want when you want the best.
Specialties: Team Player attitude...i have the ability to be in the front...but i do enjoy more of an ensemble setting, i love the blending of voices in harmony. I am able to hear in harmony as well. I have the ability to learn it if i don't know it. And i like to make the whole workday fun.
