Ricky toured worldwide, including gigs at the Winter Music Conference in Miami, The BPM Festival in Mexico, ADE in Amsterdam, Creamfields in his hometown Buenos Aires, and an honourable residency at the spectacular Warung Beach Club in Brazil.

His success is exemplified by featuring on John Digweed's Transitions show, and on Proton Radio, setting a record of simultaneous listeners, with rave reviews from Sander Kleinenberg, Danny Howells, and Desyn Masiello for DJ MAG.

Ricky Ryan is just as well respected for his remixes and productions while establishing Mauricio Viana's Electronic Groove Records, supported by Sasha, Hernan Cattaneo, Guy J, and many more.

Hey, Gareth here, I'm a graphic designer who start designing for clubs, parties, and labels in the late 90s. Back then, mix CDs were the holy grail of both design and music. I loved them.

But I wasn't the only one, mix cds were the soundtracks of our nights, our days, our afterparties and lives, for everyone. Yet in today's internet age, the art form has been lost (or just changed) to 2-3 hour online mixes and streaming videos, which just don't create the same magic your CD collection did. Just 60 minutes of music and incredible artwork.

The Classic Mix CD Series celebrates these discs, their soundtrack, their box art and your memories. We hope you enjoy it.

About Gareth:
Digital creative type, gamer, music lover and occasional DJ. Currently living between Dubai & Seoul after setting sail from Sunderland in 2010. As a young designer, club and music culture was the driving force for his work, producing artwork for local club nights and record labels in the North East of England. Asora is the new project of an artist who has been dedicated professionally to electronic music for the last 14 years. Being a vinyl addict his career has been mostly related to hardance but without neglecting all kinds of musical styles, from the beginnings of house or techno through soul, R&B or even orchestral music.

Nowadays, where techno allows total freedom to make music, from the most innovative sounds to those that return to the origins, Asora finds absolute affinity with the genre because it allows him to express his ideas and makes him feel free to be who he wants to be as an artist.

His first tracks, “Restart” (Finder Records), "Indestructible" and "For Alex" are already a declaration of intent, as well as the release of his own label, A&A Records. He released “Agatsu EP” on Reload Records (The Yellowheads label) and “Fairy Tale” on Mainground (Belocca label) too, reaching the Top #10 on Beatport Hype Top 100 for a month and supported by all-genre artist such as Oliver Heldens / Hi-Lo, Space 92,Pawlowski, Bryan Kearney, Popof, Nghtmre, Slander, Marie Vaunt and many more

In addition, he also manages the "Techno7e7" community, with more than 25.000 followers on Instagram, 20.000 on Spotify and his own club in Madrid "You Are" The Club.
