I realised I'm still a vinyl DJ at heart, even when I'm mixing digitally (as here). I'm not interested in tricks, loops or artificial breakdowns unless they feel musical (which they usually don't, they're just DJ show-off stuff or an easy way to get a crowd worked up for 30 seconds).

Let the music do the work. I just take care of track curation, sequence and transitions. It's enough.

I like transitions that make harmonic and emotional sense. There should be some kind of progression and journey in a good set. Maybe this mix wouldn't work in a club, but hey. It will still get you shuffling, trust me.

But it makes sense to me musically. I hope someone out there listens to the whole thing and enjoys the entirety of it.

Organised and headlined the legendary ICS warehouse parties in London between 1999 - 2005, then "Click Click Whirr", with Matt Bachle @ Cafe Cairo 2006 - 2008, which started out as a polite Thursday night with minimal click-house, and morphed into a more full-scale Friday or Saturday night party.

Released a few records over the years, some under my name and some more as one half of "Agent Automatic", with Agent Ried AKA Neil MacGregor, c.2006 - 2009. You'll find a few of them uploaded to my tracks here.

Have played all over Europe (well, Amsterdam, Paris, London, Dubrovnik, Montenegro and more) and a couple of times in the US. No big clubs or big names. These days you're most likely to find me at a private party or (in my dreams) DJing at a beach bar somewhere gorgeous.

Sjonkel Rolfsen is a vinyl enthusiast and music collector from Trondheim in Norway. He has been welding records at local venues and events for two decades. Nowadays, he mostly enjoys to fiddle around with experimental and ambient in the comfort of his humble abode, but still get the odd epiphany to wonder out into the enchanting world of house and techno. Hello, my name is Michael Lee aka KAIM3RA and I'm from Dallas, Texas. I like to listen to all sorts of music, but EDM is one of my passions. I'm a DJ/producer. I love going to EDM shows, and some that I've attended are Lights All Night, Middlelands, TomorrowWorld, EDC, and Ultra. I like all sorts of genres within edm, like trap, hardstyle, progressive house, trance, drum n bass, dubstep, electro, big room house, deep house, tropical house and everything in between.  I named myself KAIM3RA because I wanted it to be Chimera, but of course that was taken, so I changed it up a bit, but a chimera is an animal fused from other animals(snake, goat, and lion). I wanted the chimera to represent me as my DJ name because I wanted to be known as a multi-faceted DJ because I like so many genres. Of course everyone says to "find your sound" or stick to one genre, but I just love it all. It's hard to mix so many genres like that, but I'm going to try to do it and see where it gets me. Israel is only the executioner, every nation which has armed that country in the past year is an accessory to that genocide, an accomplice, a facilitator.  We cannot talk about war crimes because when you target unarmed civilians, mostly women and children, we are talking about a massacre, like terrorists do, not a war. The people who orchestrated that massacre, in the US, the most duplicitous, followed by those of the UK, Germany, France, and probably a few lesser ones should be tried for crimes against humanity just as well as Netanyahu and his cabinet, because it has been going on for two years, generously reported by media of all kinds, so the enablers knew exactly how the arms were to be used, as a tool for revenge, domination, and humiliation of the Palestinian people.  The conflict has ceased to be about the defense of anything for months.

The parties responsible have made a mockery of decency, morals, fairness, proportion, or justice, not to mention empathy.  Of what little there was, these concepts will be a lot longer to come back than they were to be struck down.

I have not been able to recover access to my other account [https://soundcloud.com/ha-kekong] for a couple of years.  I have tried a few times to get back into it but SoundCloud doesn't trust me.  Same phone number, same email addresses, and they still claim that they can't verify my identity.  I created that account about three years ago as a substitute to my regular account which SoundCloud temporarily closed.  They closed it as part of some upgrade procedure in their system, the result of a bug that affected many accounts, about two years ago.  Since SC did not inform its users I didn't know if that was permanent or not, so I created that other account which I can't access.  Don't be mad if I have not replied to your message in the past two years, that's because I never got them ; ) ... You can always reach me here though.

You can't see it because of the angle with which I took the shot, aiming down, but beyond those blocks is the sea.  To the left is the Mediterranean, to the right is the Atlantic Ocean.  No it's not Gibraltar, but a little bit further West. ... Actually I checked recently and it is further North more than West, I thought I was facing South when in fact I probably was facing the Atlantic ocean, which is why I suppose the waves were of a decent size where we were.
