Pete Bromley has been Stoke On Trent's top House DJ since 1989 and it has been an interesting and varied journey for him! Resident DJ at Stoke's first successful Underground Dance night 'Introspective' back in 1989 he went on to play at the infamous Shelleys Laserdome as well as other influential clubnights across the UK. Pete's next residency was to be at the Freetown in Hanley which would see him play alongside DJ's like Sasha & Dave Seaman. This would become the stepping stone to his next residency, the legendary Golden. Pete was the main resident DJ at Golden for an amazing 11 years which saw him play with the worlds biggest DJ's bar none. During this time he played many guest appearances at places such as Cream, Renaissance, Ministry Of Sound and DJ magazine listed him as one of the most popular resident DJ's in the world, resulting in his Essential Mix live on Radio 1 alongside Pete Tong at Sankeys in 1996. Quite an accolade seeing as he has never bolstered his career with international gigs, remixes or a recording career as 99% of producer/DJ's do these days. After Golden's demise In 2003, Pete then went on to become one of the resident DJ's at Satchmo's which has now become part of Stoke clubbing folkelore and his position has been cemented over the last years as resident DJ for the Move and their parties at The Sugarmill, Spode Warehouse & The Underground  playing alongside Jamie Jones, Patrick Topping, Solardo, Skream, Annie Mac, Derrick Carter, Pete Tong, MK, Todd Terry, Seth Troxler, The Martinez Brothers, Steve Lawler, Hot Since 82, Eats Everything, Darius Syrossian,Micheal Bibi, Alan Fitzpatrick, wAFF,  Dimitri From Paris, Kenny Dope, Low Steppa, Dan Shake amongst dozens of House musics elite. If there’s anyone who prompts the question “When does he find time to make that?” it’s serial editor and remixer Pete Le Freq. For more than 20 years he’s been reworking disco and funk classics as label boss of Alpaca Edits and Llama Farm Recordings, updating originals with a distinctive dance‑floor edge. His prolific remixes have been played by DJs worldwide — he’s a regular at Beatherder, made his Ring stage debut this summer alongside Utah Saints and Jaegerossa, and is a Mastermix remixer alongside Ben Liebrand, Sgt Slick and DJ S. He’s shared decks with Young Pulse, Michael Gray, Craig Charles, Dr Packer and Jo Whiley, and already has dates booked for 2026. 

Simply put:  he makes what he loves in the headphones come out the big speakers.

Jay C is no stranger to being at the forefront of the House Scene.A seven year Global resident for the Worlds #1 Ibiza club/brand SPACE taught him his craft. This residency enabled him to headline at many of the worlds mostelite clubs & festivals, and with shows in over 30 countries this has also seen him supporting the likes of DavidGuetta & FatboySlim on their album tours.

Throughout this time Jay C has worked tirelessly to become the seriously respected producer that he is today. His immense catalogue of high quality House and Tech House productions & remixes makes him a regular with key labels such as TOOLROOM, ZULU, 1605, HOTFINGERS, HED KANDI, STRICTLY RHYTHM, TIGER RECORDS and many more.

Furthermore he recently launched his own SUPERCHARGED label which has already had two #1 placings in the Traxsource Tech House charts, as well as regularly featuring in the overall Top 100 on here & Beatport alike.

Getting back to his roots of Balearic House he is set to feature heavily in the playlists of many of Ibiza’s greats this season not to mention featuring in Ibiza at Amnesia, Sankeys& on the mighty Pukka Up Boat parties.
