Arriving into some space.
Perhaps just sensing… Where you've arrived from.
Busy day, or… spacious day, what activities you've been doing just prior to this.
As we come into this… place of… rest
Time to nourish.
Restore…
rounds…
Invite balance and wholeness.
Cultivating Agency & Authentic Presence
So, yes, inviting agency.
It's like an authentic knowing.
Quality of intention.
To come from, as it were, our power… our integrity.
A sense of rightness.
Well, letting these things arrive, gently.
There's a sense of imbalance, or… lack of wholeness.
or scatteredness.
Earth Connection & Grounding Practice
Perhaps allowing the Earth to greet us under our feet.
another seat, or settee, or… Whatever we're in contact with.
On the earth.
Resting… In the grounding.
Spaciousness Awareness & Cosmic Connection
available to… space.
In your room, or wherever you are.
Sensing… Spaciousness.
Being breathed by this spaciousness.
Which extends out beyond the four walls.
Above the treetops and clouds.
With a starry night or blue sky.
You can get company by a trillion diamonds.
Stars and moons and suns.
Body Sensing & Internal Awareness
Again, allowing the body to sense its fullness.
perhaps subtle sensations.
Skin and clothing.
Shape.
And… something inside.
A Feeling tone, emotion, or mood.
In space, in a compassionate, gentle way.
Received by the stars.
Either space. Either body.
It's like that in there.
Creating Safety & Presence
Space, or coming closer.
inviting a sense of safety around it, maybe?
round… Sort of a whole sense of the body.
Earthing and grounding.
Maybe a little hello?
Hello to that there.
And company in this way.
