Welcome to this focusing experience.
As we land in the pause.
And then the pause… just inviting a quality of availability—being available.

Whole-Body Awareness
Sensing from the whole body.
Being receptive. Open.
Don't try too hard. It can just happen by itself.
The body is rather magic.
It can just respond with sensitivity—
To the sound of a bird,
To the sense of space,
To contact with the ground.

Aliveness and Grounding
Coming alive.
It’s already alive.
Got it.
Really taking in that contact with the earth.
Grounding and everything.

Tree Metaphor
Rooting like a tree, burrowing its roots deep down into that rich, organic soil.
Nutritious, nourishing.
Safe.
Stabilizing, balancing.
And the tree trunk extending up into the sky, its branches proliferating.
Bending to the winds, but not breaking.
Reaching up into the big blue—
With a star-studded night sky.
Friends with the stars.

Embodied Belonging
We, too—grounding, earthing, balancing.
Finding agency in connection—
In the earth, in relationship.
Sensing inwards from this empowered whole sense of self.
Holding what needs to be held.
Offering a safe space to all.
Coming alongside in this way.

Inner Contact
Perhaps a little hello to whatever is there—
With a quiet compassion.
Coming home?
