Meet frightened, anxious, angry etc parts of yourself tenderly with kindness and care.  

All inner critics and emotional patterns have a positive intention.  How are they permitted to let themselves go into a new fresh edge and shift into their newness. Every part within us has its own healing mechanism, all we need to do is offer relationship on the basis of ‘letting be the way it wants to be’ rather than reject or attack so they can morph into their fresh edge and wellness.

Limitless Mindfulness Meditation.  Something can be constricted, cramped, raw, tender, vulnerable – in and of themselves they are fine, the question is how do we relate to them?  Are we held hostage or are we in relationship with them so they can express themselves fully for being fully received.  We are not trying to force change or fix something, it’s a bit like pouring water onto a seed, its an organically flourishing process which just takes care of itself within the context of Presence. Perhaps you have a place where resting is easy, sunbathing on a beach, a forest perhaps or somewhere else where an exquisite sense of safety makes itself known to you.  Inviting a sense of care and warmth in the body.

Welcome everyone, welcome all our bodies, and energetics, and psyches and anything that has turned up here today. Welcome to it all. This is an invitation to land, to arrive, to become available
even. So we are just pausing for Presence. 

So just letting the body notice what it wants to notice. It might notice it’s breathing, letting that rest in itself or be the way it wants to be. Breathing, being breathed even – the universe breathes us. It’s not that we are connected, we are it ….. there’s no end to this ‘it.’ And there’s not necessarily a beginning. Breathing, it resting in the flowing of itself, or just letting it be the way it wants to be. 

Ground beneath us, touch, contact, very visceral, we’re always in touch through gravity, ever lovingly holding us. The Body can emerge shape into its full shape and sense of itself - maybe it has no boundaries, even though it can sense its skin and a particular kind of shape, which kind of morphs into space. This great ocean of being, deep, clear
waters sapphire blues, jade greens, turqoises. Rainbow colours as the light passes through the currents, the ripples of water. Cool and cleansing healing, restorative, generative, with a wisdom
that knows itself to be true. 

All things are in correspondence and something in us may know that as we sense within, being
available to this inner universe and its many facets. Like the facets of a diamond, sparkling brilliant white light, radiating out. Just being present and available to what is within. Something wanting a tender holding, something just wanting some appreciation, or maybe some space, maybe some celebration. Grounded, aware, spacious, clear, presence - it can, as it were, just rest in itself or just be the way it wants to be. Guided by this diamond-like, deep ocean, universal wisdom, always available at all times.

Presence as Portal Into The Shapeshifting Nature of Sensing

‘And in this spatial ocean quality of being something in us can sense the starriness of things, where the infinite meets the earth…..’
A gentle sense of landing. The birds are twittering happily, it’s a blue sky. This is an invitation feeling into what’s alive, from what’s alive. An image of a feather comes, landing on a lake, offering itself to the water with the faintest of ripples.  A soft contact.  Just sensing what you are inviting to land?  Maybe landing in the breath? Landing on the earth? Perhaps sensing your feet, or your body meeting the earth in some other way? A gentle touch. A landing with the clothing, soft material meeting then skin? A landing with the whole shape of the body, arriving in itself perhaps more fully? What else is arriving and landing? Maybe something subtle?  Maybe some sounds?  The sound of the birds, coming home. A sense of the pulse? A kind of perfuming into space, or space perfuming you? The natural order of things landing in themselves, all the elements. A soft and deep landing maybe an emotion immersing into a deep ocean of sapphire blue, sparkling diamond clear maybe jade green waters, becoming the ocean of being.  Being kissed by the horizon, by the sky - space and ocean are one.  And in this spatial ocean quality of being something in us can sense the starriness of things, where the infinite meets the earth, grounded aware, spacious, compassionate presence.  
Making room for what wants to land within….. something there under the ribs in the stomach or throat or elsewhere?  Being held by this oceanic spacious sense of beingness, being held by the sound of birds.  I wonder what the birds would like to say to those ‘somethings’ within? 
Making room for whatever is here.  Inviting a little hello to ‘that there’ That in the corner of the heart, that in the depths of the stomach, that in the periphery of being, or elsewhere.  Being sensitive to what it is calling for or calling from or to.  Just receiving it for whatever it is with compassion, a curiosity, a softness like the feather in a breadth like the deep mighty ocean.
Landing into its own sense of wholeness.  Resting here.

Embodied Creativity in the Freshness of This Moment

The open and connected dimension of Being. Something can sense the intimacy of connecting right now. Like the tree is available to all the birds that land on it, available to the sky above, and the clouds that float by, to the rain, to the wind that dance the leaves. That tree is firmly rooted and grounded, just like us in presence.  The felt sense then, runs through the whole of this, it’s life connecting everything up, as it is. And the nexus of the felt sense could be in the heart, tummy or chest somewhere, or more amorphous. Just sensing what is alive here, how is it living through the sensing? And maybe, making room for the timelessness in Presence, the infiniteness in Presence, and the life that runs through it!
The felt sensing does not belong to anyone in particular, it just seems to course through us, but that shared sense of the felt sensing, if we just pause tight now, and just be quietly available in a very ordinary way, to each other. It’s as if there is a shared felt sensing going on, it does not belong to you or me exclusively, something in us knows there is a bit more going on here and it seems to be shared.  So I am inviting your body to sense how it is for it, its living experience in the sharedness.  This felt sensing, this field, this matrix, this mutuality, this dance, this correspondence, this unity - it can rest in itself, as it does so, something can just be with it. And noticing the quality from it from its own perspective. We are just playing with the mystery of intimacy of connection.  Often we are not receptive to this shared quality, and here we are permission for availability to come forward , to open the gates, tope the he portals in to this sharing, into the mutuality of sharing that creates its own portal.  Resting with this to sense how it is.  If you like something in you can open the portal to all those around you, to all the sentience beyond, into a felt sensing of all that, subtle, yes it can invite itself to know itself more fully from availability in presence, letting it reast in itself.  And as it does you might notice the qualities of it, at least a sense of something here, what are qualities of this sharedness? perhaps more owned by itself, a sense of sharedness, what’s this like, this shared element, what’s it like in itself even?  My sense of all this from a felt sense perspective, is that this – the shared intimate felt sense, brings true wellbeing and healing and is a portal in to the mystery itself that knows its own truth whatever that means!  And you could say that there is a lot of rest and peace in this sharedness, this mutuality, this mystery, there’s a lot of rest, something can rest deeply here, a lot of nourishment.  And if I dare push the boat out, it’s almost timeless, infinite, limitless in its own way. Of course, there will be parts that may shrink or contract, however, this shrinking and contraction can take place in the breadth of it all.
