So, the time of the renaming is at hand.  I have gone by "deathy" for decades, but after being told repeatedly that the name didn't quite seem to fit me, and agreeing that it really didn't seem to fit with the style of music I was making any more, I have decided to change my name to "DJ DefE D."  It's not a huge change in the way it rolls off the tongue, but it does require some new profiles on the social media sites.  For right now, I'm going to concentrate on just Soundcloud and Facebook, but I'll expand that.

To help get some attention, as part of the renaming, I will be releasing a new mashup or remix weekly for the year of 2019, all free downloads of course... it won't be high art, but it'll be fun and there'll be a whole lotta music to listen to.
