Inspired by the “Canticles of Holy Mary” written during the reign of Alfonso X of Castile El Sabio, this work aims to capture the essence of medieval Spanish music from the 12th and 13th centuries. It’s an ideal track for projects that need a playful and festive medieval or Celtic musical ambience. This song was written when I felt like all hope was lost. The seed of the song came about a week after I received divorce papers. Up until that point I had hoped my marriage could be saved, but this song is about that hope being smashed and replaced with hopelessness, emptiness, and despair. Don't worry though, there's another chapter to come yet: Golden Heart (Part III - Healing)!

Synopsis: This piece of music is about one of the most notorious, brutal, and harrowing crimes of the 20th century - committed on Saddleworth moor, near Manchester, England. Without doubt, one of the saddest aspects of these crimes was the ongoing torment experienced by the victim's families not knowing the whereabouts of their loved ones.

With the piano as a main instrument, I create music in various genres and styles ranging from classical, cinematic and lo-fi to electronic, ambient and pop. The name EALE is first of all an acronym formed from my name, but it can also be referred to a mythical beast found int he European mythology. A name with different meaning one could say. 

My music is mostly instrumental with the piano as a central piece. I aim to produce music that is easygoing, relaxing and wakes the emotions of the listener.
