This summer I had a host of high profile UK & European Festivals and spent 3-4 weeks of solid studio time beforehand, tweaking and enhancing each & every track I played for maximum muscle. I re-edited and Revamped a total of 160 tracks during the process.

And then I went out and SMASHED it :)

With a huge back catalogue of music Koma and Bones paved the way in the Nu Skool Breaks scene in the early 2000's with hit after hit including such tunes as Powercut, High Rollin, Button Monkey & Morpheus to name a few. They were a three man outfit from the north west of Britain (Lancaster), comprising of the dj'ing duo Koma & Bones (Andy Duckmanton & Chris Kirkbride) and former drum and bass producer Proteus (Jude Sebastian). In there later years as an act they moved away from the typical Nu Skool Breaks sound and concentrated their efforts into the Tech Funk genre, not really too sure of what they are up to today but there was talk that Sebastian was producing new music recently under the Koma & Bones name.

sets a brilliant atmosphere for people who love to dance.  His sets of Tech House, Minimal, Progressive House and Tribal drums are filled with energetic love for House Music, and while his Deep House grooves for pre-parties or after-after parties have earned him devotees across US and beyond.

DJ ANDREI STAR began spinning in the late 80s in San Francisco and spun through the early 90s "Summer of Love 2."  
In 1994 Andrei  went Corporate as a  Network Administror for World Renowned companies Oracle and Levis Strauss to name a few.   

In 2000 Andrei returned to the Party scene in San Francisco to Spin again and took up residencies and guest spots at The Cloud 9 Hotel, Zendo, Mighty, Loft 11, Sno-Drift, Whisper, Skylark Lounge and numerous loft and underground parties. 

In 2005 Andrei Star went to Miami and was the resident DJ at the Spy Lounge (Catalina Hotel), Royal Bar, Ruby Lounge, Amika, Players, SOBE LIVE, W6, Chesterfield Hotel and played at many others.

In 2006 @ the 16TH ANNUAL LOS ANGELES MUSIC AWARDS
DJ Andrei Star was Nominated for  HOUSE~SINGLE OF THE YEAR

and was Awarded HOUSE~ARTIST OF THE YEAR and then as luck would have it…

DJ Andrei Star  life had a significant turn of bad luck and for the next 5 years  battled a form of Cancer and lived in pain and retreated into isolation until it was finally diagnosed correctly, but then he had surgery and now with the grace of the Universe has almost fully recovered.  

DJ Andrei Star  is back once again, 8 years later,  to reclaim his spot as a DJ in San Francisco, with his new Deep House to Dark Minimal Tech Vibes that show his true Love for House Music.
