With over two decades of experience in FL Studio and 15 years behind the decks, he has played everywhere from clubs, bars, house parties, field raves, poolside events, and weddings.



Music had always been a passion for yung Soular from an early age, realizing music gave higher states of consciousness. Growing up in the East Coast, his influences came from Trip-Hop/Downtempo, Break-beat, Trance, Acid-Funk, Rock, UK/Grime & Dub and Rap/Hip-Hop. Artist's from the likes of Massive Attack, BT, Paul Oakenfold, Tiesto, Gabriel & Dresden, Above & Beyond, The Prodigy, Nirvana, Crystal Method, Virus Syndicate, Plastician, Gorillaz, Beastie Boys, Rage Against The Machine and Eminem/Dr. Dre. 

He moved to Dallas/Fort Worth in 2006 when he was graduated and became involved in the underground scene using the persona "gWorm". He then went on to run a blog named TrashCanPunch in Dallas with the DJ/Producer "AFK" showcasing & supporting local Electro House talent, while shedding light onto the emerging Dubstep scene at that time. Eventually landing a gig at the world-famous Lizard Lounge in Dallas, Texas, a legendary venue that has since recently been lost to a fire. Fast forward to 2024, SubSoular is here, looking to push the boundaries in sound design, while providing unique mixes & live experiences that allow you to step into the flow.

The persona SubSoular is a metaphor for the point at which music fully immerses and reaches your soul. SubSoular represents the moment of alignment where music, much like the sun at the zenith, reaches its peak impact, flooding us with light, warmth, and pure energy. Where time disappears, and pure ecstatic bliss ensues, leaving all your cosmic baggage behind.
