I did a little do it yourself fix on this great track. The original track had a couple of instrumental parts that I have taken out as they were not working on the dance floor when I have played it out earlier, creating too much 'dead time' in the song. 

The song is already very stripped down with drums, bass, guitars and horns, so the instrumental parts without the horns made it a bit boring, if you ask me. The intro is fixed to be more transition friendly. I left the ending of the song almost as it was, just without the strange strings. It was difficult to make it sound dope with the loop in the end, as I did in the intro, so I cut that out. I think they should have put on some synthesizers on this track as I can imagine it would be a good match – but hey, the song is already finished. 

The big moment for me in the song is probably the call and response on the hook – amazing!

This is only a digital rip – I don't have the record. I haven't tried to play this fix out yet, so feel free to leave me some feedback. Also let me know if you need the track.
