Volodymyr Ishchuk (BNRTM, DJ Bone Rhythm) - is a selector originally from Odesa, now based in Kyiv. Volodymyr is a dedicated vinyl digger and back in Odesa he had a series of events in disco & house directions.
We asked him to tell us what he's up to via music and got an hour of bright nu-disco, house, italo and some classic indie-dance bangers. Just like we love it at Regulardisco!

I did a little do it yourself fix on this great track. The original track had a couple of instrumental parts that I have taken out as they were not working on the dance floor when I have played it out earlier, creating too much 'dead time' in the song. 

The song is already very stripped down with drums, bass, guitars and horns, so the instrumental parts without the horns made it a bit boring, if you ask me. The intro is fixed to be more transition friendly. I left the ending of the song almost as it was, just without the strange strings. It was difficult to make it sound dope with the loop in the end, as I did in the intro, so I cut that out. I think they should have put on some synthesizers on this track as I can imagine it would be a good match – but hey, the song is already finished. 

The big moment for me in the song is probably the call and response on the hook – amazing!

This is only a digital rip – I don't have the record. I haven't tried to play this fix out yet, so feel free to leave me some feedback. Also let me know if you need the track.

“Paunsi” aka “Pauns von den Hell” is a German DJ and electronic music producer based in Portland, Oregon.

Each track encapsulates a moment in the healing process, expressed through captivating musical narratives.

"Healing" is the triumphant finale of the EP – a celebration of progress. This energetic house track declares that darkness and pain associated with heartbreaks will eventually pass. Paunsi encourages listeners to "let it go" and make room for new love—both for themselves and others.

PREMIERE: Panusi - Healing

Well, it's really like that, by surprise, that the second release of the year arrives! On Valentine's Day, Diogo brings us a warm and sweet song, composed in January 2019 with Swilaw. The original track is mainly a House tune with a well-chopped think break and vocal extracts reminding us of Salsoul. A slower than usual track, which ended up being orphaned and which, in 2024, will finally see the light of day.

Completing the release comes a remix by Mário Vinagre, aka Moreno Ácido, which takes one of those soulful vocals, and rebuilds the track, giving it a more melancholic and nostalgic tone. In between, some saxophone solos accentuates the taciturn mood that seems to recall a possible loss. If the original theme is sunny and passionate, this will certainly be its lunar side.

A bitter/sweet treat capable of pleasing everyone, depending on their mood on the occasion.
