This is my version of a beautiful song by The Divine Comedy. Neil Hannon wrote it about leaving his child, presumably to go on tour! It's a mixture of ballad, opera, musical....I love The Divine Comedy!
 I hope I haven't ruined it!

This is my final tribute to Bowie (for now!) Although he didn't write this song, his version is to my mind is the greatest ever, plus it was one of his most impressive vocals. It was never a hit song, but among Bowie fans it's a favourite. I saw him open Glastonbury 2000 with this song and it blew me away.
Anyway, this is my acoustic rendition of it. I perform this live sometimes, but this is the first time I've recorded it. Enjoy!
