high vibes recordings is a small, independently run record label out of saint louis, mo. we are two dudes that live to make music, and want to help others do that as well. in our city, the scene is run by shitty promoters who are out for nothing more than to make some bucks off some poor kids’ bands and don’t care one way or the other about the kids’ music, or whether it’s good, or anything for that matter. it’s people like these that make it hard for bands in saint louis to make a name for themselves, because it gets frustrating having to play at the same venues with the same promoters, getting ripped off time after time. we’ve taken it upon ourselves to change that. we feel it’s time that the musicians of this town take back the music scene that was taken from us, and start giving it back to other musicians. this record label is our part in doing that. we hope you like what you see.
