Process the emotion and let it go. Best done with deep understanding why we have been triggered. But the more you do this the easier it is to get to know yourself and your patterns and little by little you get rid of all this unpleasant situations where you are triggered. You become quiet, you are in peace and you can send nothing but love for the people who triggered you, which makes it also easier for them to come back to theirselves without wasting their energy in arguments.

What is shamanic Tantra Techno

When we hear tantra, the first thing in our mind is sex. It happened to me that I was invited to play at a tantra retreat for 4 days and there I learned, that it is not about sex. It is about creating a safe space for all of us. Where we can be, who we are and express ourselves. All kinds of feelings and emotions and everything is accepted and welcome!

Shamanic Tantra Techno now is just about that. We gather and express ourselves to music. Like in an ecstatic dance it is just about the music and during the time the music is playing we don’t talk. It is like a meditation, while dancing your as off. 

If presented live there is an opening ceremony where everybody can put his intentions into this dance and a Breath-work before we start a two hour music journey, that will take you literally everywhere. No rules, every kind of music and every kind of movement will be welcome - sometimes fast and loud, and sometimes slow and low. It will be a journey through all possible emotions.
