Hello fellows!

After a short break we are back loudly with our 5th release, for which we couldn't win anyone less than Tim Taste! Tim ofers a driving minimal techno. Clear and assorted sound paterns characterize his style, whereby melodic structures can also be found and make a distinctive sound. Tim Taste has published his tracks on diferent labels like Alula Tunes, Soupherb Records, Alpaka Muzik to name a few. The man behind the danceable rhythms and beats is also the co-founder of Subios Records which he runs with his companiones Werner B. & Earl Grau since 2016. 

his ep "Trapped" comes with two remixes, by Vicky Sand from distant Buenos Aires and by Dinesh, from the pirate island of Mauritius. We hope you enjoy the fifth SinusRecordings EP as much as we do!

Inspired by the famous works of Lewis Caroll and Jefferson Airplane, the title track, Chasing Rabbits, is a unique psytech rendition of 1967’s White Rabbit, and features vocalist Leah Ludwig covering sections of the original lyrics with haunting bravado. A churning, dark bassline drives as the main melody of the track, twisting and turning throughout this devious journey, complete with pulsing saw stabs and menacing blares decorating the track’s low frequency canvas. Paying homage to the original track’s infamy as a psychedelic acid trip anthem, Crescendoll dabbles with a subtle acid lead synth, giving it little 2 note pulses and expanding cutoff and resonance for added bite and sonic voodoo. Spellbinding eerie FX, downrisers, and Shepard Tones sprinkled throughout give the track the delightful illusion of a descent down the rabbit hole. With an extended breakdown that puts the original introductory march from White Rabbit on display, and resonant leads that send you happily into the world of the mad, Crescendoll not only pays tribute to the original track in her typical hellfire fashion, but also leaves you wanting for more.
