Be guided in a mediation using a mudra technique to believe in yourself. When you encounter negative people the tendency can be to retreat, or to shut down. Instead, try becoming more of who you are. In other words, stand firmly in who you are with full confidence. My challenge to you is to do today's mudra all week long when you find yourself in the company of negative people.
