The music-savvy Bernese Dave Hard delivers a musically focused piece of work on Sirion Records with his EP Palilula. The lightness of a past summer can be felt here as well as the certain melancholy of an approaching autumn. The three tracks were also reinterpreted and remixed by Dole & Kom, Markus Homm, Mobi, Balance and the Sirionaut Bird.The trance-infused house track "Palilula" creates a bittersweet yet hands-up high atmosphere through pads, chords and bars.Markus Homm created an airy light remix one could listen to in an endless loop.Dole & Kom use skillful melody changes, suspense arches and an additional Acid-inspired synth line for their interpretation. Goose bumps on the dancefloor are guaranteed."Mallet Dreams" announcing fall with filigree mallets, chords and pads. Yet with a certain drive he still feeds on the energy of summer. You'll want to listen to this one wrapped in a warm blanket, watching the foggy sunrise at the after hour of an open air at the lake.The Balance Remix a bit of a quieter, dubbier version. The downtempo affine number shines with a warm bassline and slightly reduced mallets.Pads which on the one hand contain a choral dress and on the other hand a rhythmic note harmonize perfectly with a static kickdrum and warm subbass in "The Soul". A nice rounding off of the whole EP.Mobi reinterprets the track completely and puts on a gloomy almost dystopian atmosphere, which shines through a rougher bassline.Sirion's Bird reduces the original track to its trance-like aspect, adds more drive and rhythm, and voil it's complete.

Bio Bird

Born  in the Swiss mountains during the early Seventies, Bird was strongly influenced through radio and his parents' collection from an early age and ultimately developed a strong fascination for music. 
Just how much music means to him, what his influences are and his developments as a DJ have already been elaborately captured in various biographies in the past and would merely lead to yet another repetition of every other DJs life. 
That Bird has spent numerous years as a DJ in clubs around Switzerlands capital, as well as a vinyl dealer and store owner of SchwarzMarktMusic and recently joined the Sirion Records Crew is nevertheless noteworthy but delivers no further insight to his person per se.  
If you want to experience Bird, then follow him to his gigs and be captured by his definition of different styles of house music, instead of reading yet another DJs bio...

Bio Nhoj Smada

Nhoj Smada is, alongside Bird and Pat Muvembe, the youngest alter ego that Pat has acquired due to the wide range of music in his repertoire.
Under this name he focuses on more minimal sound structures in the microhouse, dub influenced house and breaks genres.
In addition to looking for vinyl, he also dabbles in music production under this name and has already produced remixes for David Labeij or Spacebox 720.

Bio Pat Muvembe

Pat Muvembe aka Bird is a sort of an institution when it comes to electronic music in Switzerland’s capital city.

DJing since the early 90ies with gigs in some historical Swiss venues as the Alte Markthalle in Bern or Love Zoo in Neuchatel, he was also vinyl dealer and owner of the "Schwarz Markt" record store - one of the very few we ever had in our city.  As one of the minds behind Sirion Records and long-time radio presenter in the now discontinued legendary radio show Galaxy Space Night on the local station RaBe. Through all those experiences and years of dedication, Pat achieved an overwhelming musical knowledge.

As Pat Muvembe, he dedicate himself to different music directions like Chillout, Balearic, Funk, Soul, Disco, House and knowing no boundaries and just following the heart. 
Just relax and enjoy music for your mind, body and soul.

Sirion Records is a Swiss music label based in Berne and Zurich, founded in 2004.
To start with Sirion primarily and continuously created DJ mixes and presented them on local radio stations as well as on international internet radio stations to the greater music community. Among others, their program "The Trip" on the American online radio "Frisky Radio" (www.friskyradio.com), which has been aired monthly well over a hundred times. 
In the hometown of Berne Sirion has been regularly organizing parties since 2004, where congenials come together to celebrate music. 

The focus has been increasingly aimed on the ultimate goal: publishing music on the label Sirion Records. Since Spring 2007, numerous digital releases have found their way into the electronic music world. Sirion can list wide interest and a benevolent recognition by now. The growing awareness benefits both the label as well as the artists who publish on Sirion. The basic idea of a local platform brings with it the claim to be able to provide a strong base. Promoting local artists and connecting them with internationally renowned artists, always leads to exciting projects.

Since Fall 2009 Sirions publications resp SR020 are partially available as tangible records. Despite the hard times for the industry, the risky step was taken and music got pressed on vinyl. Expressing the love for the vinyl record and as appreciation of emerging music.
With the project of SR030 Kellerkind "Disco On The Dancefloor" in the spring of 2012, the first complete album including CD and video production was published. This project is without question an important milestone in the history of Sirion because there has never been a more intense or more successful one before.

In addition to publications Sirion operates their FM and online radio show "The Trip" and regularly hosts successful party events in the area of  Berne.
Their platform allows local music creators to connect with international musicians, challenges and encourages their creativity and leads all in a lively debate into a marketable product. The publication and marketing of these products has already born many fruits and added to new horizons.
Since the year 2013, a further step in the music industry is done, Sirion Records now also acts as publishing company under the name Noiris publishing.
