Born out of a long desire to create music, Moussakka's journey took an unexpected turn when the world was gripped by the unprecedented challenges of the global pandemic. In the midst of uncertainty, she seized the opportunity to immerse themselves fully in making music.

The idea behind this set was a scene amidst nature's tranquility, where a curious alien-being stumbles upon a lone camper under a star-studded sky. The initial encounter sparks an electrifying connection, as the extraterrestrial visitor's presence ignites a sense of wonder and excitement. The Alien abducts the Camper and they embark on an hour-long sonic odyssey. The pace steadily quickens, mirroring the heartbeats of both the intergalactic visitor and the unsuspecting camper. As the pulsating beats intensify, a fateful encounter unfolds, forever altering their destinies. Afterwards the human wakes up, and the journey seems like a blurr, was it all a dream?

Rita Maomenos is a solo project of the Portuguese-born Rotterdam-based producer and Dj. Her sound strikes as being dark and stirring, with a blend of intricate drum patterns and eerie soundscapes. Despite the darkness of her sound, there is beauty and artistry in the work, with carefully woven layers that pull the listener in. In her mixes, she crafts a seamless and hypnotic journey that layers different sounds and genres. 

She draws inspiration in the beauty and complexity of humanity and society, often being drawn to the darker aspects of the human psyche. Her music is a response to modern-life anguish, replete with political and environmental concerns. It is often a social reflection, sometimes a vulnerable admission of defeat, and others hedonist escapism.

Rita's music has been featured on labels such as Diffuse Reality, Ōtomo, Kepler Live Records, Elberec, and LXVIII, among others.

DJ Unisex is an interdisciplinary DJ, Producer, Radio-Host and Label-Chief based in Leipzig (Germany). In the past years he had gigs for example at: Terminal Club (Mexico City), About Blank (Berlin), Le Bourg (Lausanne), Operator (Rotterdam). In 2019 he started his residency on Callshop Radio called Intergalactic Rhythms. Since 2020 he is co-running the record label Self Learning System.

"Hi my name is Desi and I am obsessed with microscopic organisms! It took many years before I got my own microscope but once I did, I was unstoppable. I was looking at everything from face mites to pond scum. It’s been three years and I am still in love with the microscopic. I drive everyone nuts because I will stop the car to grab green water. What we’re seeing in the image is Stentor igneus, a very beautiful pink ciliate. It’s one of my favorites to find. It’s my reward for touching stinky green water :D"
