Shaun Smith, better known as Genic, is a DJ and event host from Cornwall, UK, who has been igniting dancefloors across Devon and Cornwall for years. Renowned for his high-energy performances and genre-spanning sets, Genic delivers the very best in UK Hardcore, Hardstyle, Drum & Bass, and Hardcore, keeping crowds moving from start to finish.

Beyond the decks, Genic is a driving force in the Southwest scene. He founded and hosted the legendary Subtrackt events at Alive Music Studios in Wadebridge, booking top-tier artists and creating unforgettable nights for the rave community.

As the founder of Survival Soundz, Genic has also been a pioneer in online radio, building platforms that champion underground music and showcase fresh talent to a global audience.

With a relentless passion for the harder styles and a proven legacy in shaping the Southwest’s rave culture, Genic remains a key figure pushing the scene forward — both in the clubs and online.
