Bio: I am a musician focussing on the genres ambient and drone by combining various keyboard- piano- and synthesizersounds with fieldrecordings. I´m located in Quedlinburg, a small town pretty much in the center of Germany where I began to exercise and create music about eight years ago in an experimental/ progressive rock project namend AERA. This is why I started by playing guitar initially and later I took on the bass. After some years with AERA I slightly started to develop ambitions for an “one man” music project and after a longer time of experimenting with different genres and genremixtures I found my new home in ambient music in late 2010. Around that time I started the writing process of my first album “From Land To Light” which was released in September 2012 by the aspiring Italian label CongaRecords based in Bologna. In early 2013 I finished the production of my second album named “Waters Drown In Stone” also released by CongaRecords in May 2013. A split album with Japanese ambient/ drone band Mondfish named "In two seas" was self-released in May 2015.

Satoshi Sugiyama creates handmade books and music with his family in the small studio “Bonami” in Manazuru, Japan. He learned letterpress printing, hand-binding and playing the guitar on his own.

After graduating from Conservatories in 1999 Frederik Croene developed a handful trajectories in which he reflects on the ever changing and multi-layered identities of the classical pianist. As the Gestalt of his instrument is grounded in 19th century romanticism, he still uses virtuosity to communicate about being a pianist. He played and recorded the classical repertoire and worked intensively with composers as Michael Beil, Johannes Kreidler, Simon Steen-Andersen, Michael Finnissey, Alexander Schubert and Stefan Prins. His formulation of the concept of Le Piano Démécanisé in an article and an LP-release in 2010 was a turning point in becoming a composer/performer.

With pianist Elisa Medinilla he founded PIANOGUIDE, a dynamic pianist think tank that develops concert events together with programmers and for which Croene composes new pieces with video. Other trajectories tend to focus more on transdisicplinary art with artist Karl van Welden, improvisation and intiutive performance/studio recording with Timo van Luijk a.k.a Af Ursin.

He is a piano teacher and leads the Vinim-atelier, a place for new music experiments. In a small venue in Merelbeke (BE) he curates PXP, a series of concerts with experimental music.
