I am Cool-Roots aka Cool-Rudy/ Singer, songwriter, dancer out right entertainer. "If you know not Love you know not God, cause god is l Love" I am a part of "Love and Light", "Sunshine In Your face". I have a unique style, being that I come from the original days of when Hip-Hop began I appreciate breaks and EDM more than anyone can imagine. I watched how it was all Hip-Hop at one time and then mans plan to divide and conquer through making a difference between the culture. I stayed with what I have a passion for and that's good music that has good lyrics and beats to dance to. I MC'd for DNB band D'void at 2015's Earth Dance Being that I have a Caribbean background I flow to the beats with A REGGAE chatting style over those 808 banging beats, DNB, Electric beats etc. as well as an old school MC style of rap, then taking it to singing some free-style over them as well. I love all people even those that don't love me. I plan to help keep the scene alive and kicking.  I will be adding more tracks and I am open to perform any where invited. So, they call me a DJ, but in my mind, I haven't earned that title, yet. In my world, I am just a regular dude who has always loved all kinds of music. I never ventured to the playing side of the music scene. I was the guy with 2 tape decks(cassettes were so cool) sitting on the coffee table, high-speed dubbing for myself and my friends. Electro & Breaks are my preferred genres.  I'm from the Old Skool Era when the only music choices were Trance, House, and Techno. Miami B.A.S.S. and this dude named ICEE changed all of that for me. I leave my older sets uploaded for me, and others to hear and appreciate the progress I've made through my musical journey. The last 5 years have been a lot of fun.
