The Spaces Between

This song is quite a bit different than the material that I create most of the time. This was a song that I originally wrote back in 1997 after my grandfather passed away. He was from the mountains of Tennessee. I visit frequently to this day. He was a huge part of my life and my upbringing. He meant the world to me. Losing him at 20 years old was one of the hardest things that I have ever went through in my life. This song captures how I was feeling at the time and honestly still do. I hope you enjoy it.
