Kansas City-based duo LoTemp is no stranger to the electronic music community. Since their beginnings in 2017, members Cody Hannah and Dylan Hochanadel have been involved in the freeform bass scene in a variety of positive ways. The skilled producers also double as industry professionals, overseeing the highly reputable event production company ZOOKS and ensuring the KCMO underground market continues to thrive.

LoTemp’s widely loved releases have found homes on well established labels including SpicyBois, SurRealist Records, and Wtf’s That Sound. On top of their ever-evolving dynamic sound, LoTemp is known and loved for their high energy stage presence and cohesive, engaging sets. DerAlinea could have become virtually anything—but fortunately, he became what he is today: a DJ and producer who juggles beats, genres, and moods. Hamburg was his first home, yet the world of electronic music captivated him early on. The legendary nights at the Front Club marked his entry into a scene that would never let him go.

Inspired by Steve Bug and Martin Landsky, he developed his very own sound: somewhere between underground house, deep tech, and dub techno—always raw, always hypnotic, always rich in depth. His openness to new influences shows not only in his productions but also in his gigs, which have taken him from Hamburg to Berlin, from Europe to Africa and Asia.

Whether in clubs or on festival stages, his sets are unpredictable, driving, and tell stories that you don’t forget. Fortunately, he never became a rock musician
