As the mothership celebrates its second year of cruising through the boundless stars towards the Unknown, it is once again time to bring on board a new batch of like-minded souls. Collectively, we probe the myriad of cosmic layers that form the Ursa Nebulas.

After delving into the darkest depths of the Aranea Nebula, the captain woke up one day feeling an irresistible attraction towards a gentler, lighter glow. Far-off. Unusual in its presence and echoing rather exotic pulsations.

Chasing the chants of these galactic sirens, we set course to new and uncharted territories that dramatically expand the Ursa universe. This is a realm where ethereal atmospherics and eerie vocals casually meet trancey shoegaze, acid blends in with chic breakbeats, and alien rockstars appear to perform video game music. But still... be wary of the occasional grasp of elegant creepiness and cinematic constructs, palpable remnants of our previous journey.

Out of this astral maelstrom of sonic oddities, a new series has emerged that we’re proud to present to you today: Nebula Scarabea.

Its first opus will be released digitally on all platforms, but also on an alluring laser-etched C-90 cassette tape spruced up with an uncanny analog collage from one of the crew’s most-valued members: Bill Noir.

Yollks, from Naarm, Australia, features with a guest mix on Episode 37 of our FILTH Invites series!

Yollks is the solo dance music project of local producer, DJ and vocalist, Elle Tayla, who also co-runs local label and club night 'Fluxx' alongside fellow DJs RBI and House Mum.

Drawing on elements of rave, footwork, bass, breakbeat and more, Yollks has had releases on labels such as Inner Theft, Local Knowledge, Spinning Around and Fluxx to name a few and has also created mixes for the likes of Steel City Dance Discs and Lobster Theremin.
 
Having recently supported internationally acclaimed artists HAAi, Tred, X CLUB. and AK Sports, Yollks is quickly becoming a name to take note of.

Tied together with catchy samples, rushing breaks, hard hitting electro hooks and dirty synths, Yollks’ sound ignites an air of euphoria whilst also allowing one to be grounded in fast paced beats and rhythm.

Du 13 au 24 octobre, au Nord du Parc de la Villette se tiendra la troisième édition du festival Bizarre. Entre rencontres, ateliers, expos, fêtes, émissions de radio et clubbing, retrouvez notamment le 14/10 à la folie, la première soirée We Us, à l'initiative de la DJ Desire qui est venue faire transpirer notre fin d'été avec un set entre trance et techno.

"Next in line is Selin with a lively mix of trance-heavy club tracks. Some new, some old, and some unreleased tracks by producers like Human Space Machine, LDS, DJ Tool, Marwaan and Lilū. Her idea behind this mix was to create a calm yet exciting atmosphere while pushing the BPM. In the beginning, the listener is lured into the mix with ambient and sluggy half-tempo bass, followed by rough-edged scanditrance layered with contemporary dub techno and finishing things off with 170-bpm left-field Tekno.

Little background Info: Munich-born @selinselinselinselin (she/her) has been making a name for herself in the Dutch scene and beyond, earning residencies at Groningen’s favorite club OOST, and Munich’s Radio80000 with her female-focused show OYNA OYNA. In her sets, she skilfully combines different levels of intensity, venturing into faster, deeper regions. Expect pushy bass, 4-by-4 techno, and trance steppers for peak-time euphoria.
