In  2024, I had the immense pleasure of travelling to Australia and immersing myself in the heart of the Bush Techno scene. 

I was lucky enough to be introduced to the Puzzles team and even play at one of their Warehouse Raves. 
- 'Twas on this night that I got to open and meet one of the industry legends, @greenwolve.

A lot has happened since then. I have learned a lot of hard lessons, but coming out the other side better for it. 

One thing's for damn sure: being exposed to all that intensely good music with range and variety, as well as the people who made it, has left a lasting impression on me and my sound. 

I've been humbled.
I am grateful.
I am moving forward.

Puzzles - XXIV

Enter the swamp!
Thank you to Anni and the whole crew at Sexico City! Sensational!

This was the one, at AfrikaBurn this year, for me.
I put a lot of man-hours into constructing it, and was really lucky to have access to some super duper unreleased gems as well as some that were hot off the press!

This was the kind of production where I got a bunch of tracks that I knew I liked, but wasn't 100% familiar with, so as I was playing them, it was the first time I was really listening to them.

I've been experimenting with jabbing a filter, turned up to like 80%.
If you listen, you will hear it. Sounds a bit like a great shift. Quite sick.
- Also a good amount of pitch bend. 

 I am really happy with the way it came out.

If I could extend my gratitude beyond the edges of the universe, I would find a way. Until then, Kréme in the African desert will have to suffice. Thank you Kult of Kréme, for lighting the way. 

The story of how I ended up connected with this crew is one that extends far beyond my own doing. Thank you to Chrislie, Ty and the rest of the crew for welcoming me with such open arms and warm hearts. 

As I continue down this path of unlearning, healing, and loving, having experiences and meeting people like this makes all the difference.

My highlight of every year. 
- This year was different...

I finally got my shot at closing The Space Cowboys!
Last man standing at 7 am on the Sunday at AfrikaBurn. 
- Special shoutout to Steph for being with me the whole time. You're a legend bru. 

Straight into the music. 
Spending seven months in Australia in 2024 gave me a world of inspiration. 
- Spending time with their people, learning their culture, listening to their absolutely fucking spanking music.
- This is the culmination of what I heard.

You can expect a lot of what I do best. 
Minimal. Psychedelic. Driving. Provocative.
- But, have you heard of Bush Prog?
