#1  Bagel & Lox (Schmaltz Appetizing)

For the second episode of Sliced Bread, we had to show love to the cities’ iconic style of sandwich. We rolled up to the new location of Rashers on Ossington, just south of Dundas, to taste the best peameal bacon sandwich in the city. Then we spoke to Chef Scott from Toronto Food Tours, about the sandwich's history as the cities' first food trend.
