After the intense events I had lived through, I decided to retreat to a monastery as a last resort in a matter of seconds. Years later, I received a call from a soul dear to me. I accepted an invitation—a camp in the mountains. Not too far. I had wanted to hit the road for a long time. I can’t recall why or how.
