Heavyweight Scottish production duo @6thboroughproject have a wicked new EP 'Rhythm and Truth' landing this coming Friday on Jimpster's brilliant @delusionsofgrandeur label. Delivering again on the trademark deep disco meets groove infused house sound that has made them cult favourites across the globe it's a delight of a triple tracker.

To celebrate the release we asked them to step up to the LV decks for our Selectors series and as you might expect it's a sublime mix packed with groove aplenty.

"I am a producer, musician and DJ from Frankfurt, Germany. My second base is Atlanta. 

Frankfurt, with its more electronic-based sound and Atlanta, with its more soulful sound, significantly impacted me.

My house productions have been heavily influenced by the deep and soulful house sound of the late 90s and the early and mid 2000s. 
In addition to house, I spin broken beat, afrobeat, disco, funk, soul, Bossa, etc, basically a large part of the music of the Afro diaspora.

For this particular set, I tried to stay within the realms of house.

My second EP on Kickin’ Up Dust is droppin’ this November –
make sure to check out the first one as well!

Always remember music heals the body, mind & soul.
