Underground System returns to Razor-N-Tape with the Looking In EP - a 5-track offering of fresh originals and remixes. Ranging from low-slung balearic grooves, to driving left-field funk and urgent uptempo backbeats, the record is a fine-tuning of the US sound, complete with their signature flute and synth soundscapes, driving percussion, and catchy offbeat vocal hooks. On the B-side, RNT mainstays Nenor and Clive From Accounts take two of the tunes into clubbier territory, with a pair of remixes primed for the dance floor.

Underground System - Looking In (Clive From Accounts Remix)

Lex is a DJ and music producer hailing from Athens, Greece. With almost twenty years in the dance music business, Alex Andrikopoulos - his real name, is nowadays considered one of the key figures of the underground local club scene. In the beginning of the millennium he started 'Radical Soundz', one of the most important record stores and a substantial body of dance and electronic music culture of Athens, until 2009 when the beloved spot closed its doors. In such an inspired environment he trained and educated him self into what dance music is. 

Meanwhile he meets Greek DJ/producer Tolis Q and together they form 'Quantized Music', a house and techno label. At the same time he begins to spin regularly in the city's most renowned venues and when his first music productions are issued he starts to gain serious recognition. Nex step was the creation of an established club night. He cooperates with Locke, a DJ and music promoter, and they throw a fashinating series of parties under the name 'Move'. 

Nowadays Lex focuses on his music productions and DJ gigs. His versatile sound fuses elements from disco, house and techno often with a deep, soulful and organic feel to it. He is a regular at six d.o.g.s and Dybbuk, two of Athens' pioneering venues and also has appearances in important venues around the globe such as Wanderlust in Paris, Sisyphos and Chalet in Berlin, Output in New York, Club NL in Amsterdam, The Magic Roundabout in London, Rioma in Mexico City, Culture Box in Copenhagen, Zig Zag in Cairo, to name a few. 
Also in recent years, Alex has been very active as a producer. He has released music on labels such as Leng Records, Samosa, B2 Recordings and Black Riot while in 2022 his maiden release on Delusions of Grandeur and his first solo album on Leng Records is expected.

We're really excited to bring you one of London's most exciting DJs currently bubbling up through the scene. Drawing inspiration from sounds of the 70s discotheque, this selector keeps people moving with mixes of Disco, Old School House, and an eclectic selection of Vocal and Dance tunes. Influenced by 90s music from New York and Chicago, MiNNA combines her joy and curiosity of music & dancing by finding new tracks and digging through old records, which she began doing from the age of 12. 

"For this mix I wanted to open up with a few Disco gems then head to some more Housey flavours, as well as dipping into some Vocal and Garage House I’ve found digging recently. Currently I’m really into proper Old-school 90s House and wanted to play some tracks I love from some iconic labels such as Madhouse Records, Soulfuric, Z Records and BPM King St. Sounds. Raised on New York dance-floors, Jon’s sound is heavily inspired
by the classic sounds of U.S. House and Deep House music. With a list of reputable club experiences and original productions supported by internationally touring acts, Jon’s career spans over thirteen years.

As a DJ, Jon started in New York, having held a three-year residency at the West Village underground hub, Le Souk. Each week Jon played alongside some of the city’s best homegrown talent like Todd Terryand DJ Dove. Over the last decade, Jon has continued to play in events across the U.S. and Europe, including the Amsterdam Dance Event, Sisyphis (Berlin), Elsewhere (NYC), and Flash (Washington DC); opening up the floor or closing the night for headliners like Doc Martin, Mateo & Matos, and Cinthie.

As a producer, Jon has released a handful of EPs, singles and remixeson various labels around the world. His most recent release is an EPtitled ‘Believe’ on Spanish label theBasement Discos, both tracks have been supported by notable names like Brian Tappert and ManyFew, as well as being featured on the Toolroom Records Radioshow. Jon’s prior productions have beensupported by Kerri Chandler, Riva Starr, and Josh Butler. His 2018 release ‘Down’ was featured on the Defected
Radio Show, hosted by Sam Divine. 

With multiple new releases due out this year, Jon’s success and 
experience both in the studio and on the decks, keep him an in 
demand name by labels and DJs alike. Currently Jon resides in San Diego, California, USA and is available for bookings and remixes.
