Sean McDaniel (guitar/vocals), Matthew Marshall (drums), Jyoshua Sanders (guitar), and Marty Ferrell (bass/vocals) comprise Sly Roosevelt, a progressive indie rock band from Huntington, West Virginia. 
McDaniel and accompaniment have been writing and performing original music since 2008. Exploring influences and evolving a unique sound that shifts and builds through peculiar song structures and an emotive spoken-sung vocal style. Their style has been compared to Modest Mouse, Shellac, Manchester Orchestra, and Sonic Youth.
