Musician, performer Jack Tinapple is a lecturer in contemporary music and plays in and co-ordinates and regularly tours two original bands: The NEO and Jigsaw Collective. He also manages Powerfunk recording label. Jack completed a Bachelor of Music in classical vocals and flute performance. Jack also has a keen interest and previous practice in Theatre and Film.

The Gentrified Ferals emerged from the fertile swamps of Humpty Doo and in their exuberance frequently cross James Joyce's line of inappropriate art to return with eternity in their hands. They sing their lives from the tender yearnings of innocent hearts to the primal howl of free spirits. Once an introduced species to this ancient land they have evolved a sense of belonging and responsibility that compels them to noble action. Since mid 00’s they have undergone episodes of metamorphism in aesthetic and sound from folk punk to swamp rock as they journeyed through the abyss of the machine to escape from Droidtown. Under the guise of several GF names they spent a decade carrying out raids across the Berrimah line at parties through out the suburbs and into the heart of Droidtown wilfully misinterpreting being banned as being The Band. Deep inside the machine they have gathered insights beyond good and evil and now return with secrets to share and a call to dance the resistance..

Hunting Season are back. After somewhat of a hiatus from the recording studio, an injection of band members and with fresh appetite for everything loud, Hunting Season are returning to the airwaves with their second EP – Lost Forever. With a sound that smashes together pop-folk songwriting, rock’n’roll influences and disco drumming the result is something dance-y yet traditional. Think spiced rum with a wedge of lime.

Pop music. We guess you could call it lo-fi, but that's not it. Sometimes it's shimmering and intricate. Intimate? Yes, but again there's more to it than that. Surreal? Dreamy? Sometimes, not always, sometimes it's really upbeat. It's difficult to explain.
Six albums in and each one has been a bright-eyed reinvention of himself, adding more chapters to a richly rewarding songbook that listeners are continuing to discover and cherish.
